Custom Orders

In my shop, you will find a variety of wreaths, decor and jewelry. If you do not find what you are looking for, feel free to contact me with a custom order using the contact link found at the bottom of the home page of my website.  I typically respond within 24 hours.  Please include your phone number, as it is best to gather details during a short conversation, rather than by text or email messages.  I will then provide an estimated completion date and cost.

I will ask for a deposit equal to one-half of the estimated cost before I gather supplies and begin working on your creation.  Thereafter, the deposit is non-refundable. I will activate the deposit link and send it to you after details are provided.

Once your creation is complete, I will send a picture to you along an invoice for the balance due and owing prior to pick-up or delivery.  Payment of the remaining balance is due within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice.

Please be sure to provide as many details of your vision to me as possible during our initial conversation.  Requested changes to the original creation may require additional supplies and time, and the estimated cost will likely increase.

Custom orders are one-of-a kind and may not be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit. If a defect is found in your item, please contact me within thirty (30) days of pick up or delivery. I will take a look at item and determine the best way to move forward depending upon potential defect.
