Custom Orders

In my shop, you will find a variety of wreaths, decor and jewelry. I also offer custom order options and ask that you use the contact form found on the homepage of my website.  I typically respond within 24 hours.  Please include your phone number.

I will ask for a deposit equal to one-half of the estimated cost before I gather supplies and begin working on your creation.  Thereafter, the deposit is non-refundable. I will activate the deposit link and send it to you after details are provided.

Once your item is complete, I will send a picture to you along with a final invoice due prior to pick-up or delivery.  Payment of the remaining balance is due within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice.

Please be sure to provide as many details of your vision to me as possible during our initial conversation.  Requested changes to the original item may require additional supplies and time, and the estimated cost will likely increase.

Custom orders are one-of-a kind and may not be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit. If a defect is found in your item, please contact me within thirty (30) days of pick up or delivery. I will take a look at the item and determine the best way to move forward depending upon potential defect.
