Shipping policy

Pick-up: Pick up is always no charge. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notification including pick-up address. 

I offer three pick up location options. When you receive an email notification, the pick up address defaults to the Schertz location; however, if the Alamo Heights or Stone Oak area is preferred, please follow up with an email to me and I will provide pick up address and hours.

Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

I package your shipped items carefully and deliver it to the carrier within the estimated timeframe that I provide to you after I receive your order.

While I am not responsible for breakage or damage that may possibly occur during shipping, I package items extra carefully to ensure that your items arrive in tact. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact me with details and we will determine the best way to move forward.

Shipping Exclusion: Due to the delicate nature and sometimes unique size of handcrafted items, certain items are not available for shipping. I am happy to provide alternatives and answer any questions you may have.

Shipping and Pick-up Timeframe: If the item ordered is already made, shipping and pick-up times are typically the same day for pick up and within 24-48 hours for shipping. If I am out of time during the time an order is placed, I will be in communication with estimated timeframe.

The timeframe for made to order or custom orders varies for each project. As orders are placed, I follow up with an estimated date that your item will be ready based upon complexity and materials needed.
