Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges.  Workmanship is guaranteed for sixty (60) days after purchase provided that items were handled with care. If damage occurs due to mishandling delicate items, we will discuss how to move forward.

Any items that become detached from wreaths or jewelry within (60) days of purchase can be reattached at no charge. The foregoing does not apply if the detached item is lost (i.e., charms that become separated from a bracelet and lost). I will work with you to provide an alternative.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable.
